Service Timer
What is the Service Timer ?
The Service Timer function defines the total number of run hours which must elapse before the service indicator output comes on.
Note
The Service Timer only counts time whilst running a motor, not from power on.
For hot environments, where the fan may be running whilst the drive is not running a motor, the Service Timer will not account for this time.
Setting the Service Timer
Set P-59.1 - Service Time Interval to the desired time (in Hours)
Check P0-57 matches the time set in P59.1. If not matching, set P-59.0 to 1: Reset Timer.
Resetting the Service Timer
When the set time in P-59.1 elapses, set parameter P-59.0 to 1 to reset the timer back to 0.
The display will flash "SEr" alongside the chosen indication method (Relay or Digital Output), when the set time in P-59.1 has elapsed.
Note
P0-57 shows the numbers of Hours remaining until the next service.
P0-57 will show a negative value when service is overdue.
Set P-18 to 16 - Service Timer
Note
When the value set in P-59.1 has elapsed the relay will now change state (Terminal C will close to Terminal NO)
P-25.0 to 0 - Digital Output.
Set P-25.1 to 16 - Service Indicator.
Note
When the value set in P-59.1 has elapsed the digital output (AD1) will have +24Vdc present.
