Increase the cooling airflow to the drive. Reduce the effective switching frequency setting in parameter P-17.0. Reduce the load on the motor / drive. |
O-I | 03 | Instantaneous over current on drive output (Triggered from Drive Output Current Measurement) | Fault Occurs on Drive Enable. Check the motor and motor connection cable for phase – phase and phase – earth short circuits. Check the load mechanically for a jam, blockage, or stalled condition. Is the drive sized correctly for the connected motor? Ensure the motor nameplate parameters are correctly entered in P-07, P-08, P-09, P-10. If operating in Vector mode (P-51=0), also check the motor power factor in P-50 and ensure an auto-tune has been successfully completed for the connected motor. If operating in Enhanced V/F mode reduce the Boost voltage setting in P-11.0. Increase the acceleration ramp up time in P-03.0. If the connected motor has a holding brake, ensure the brake is correctly connected and controlled, and is releasing correctly. |
